Individual Therapy

Spend 1-on-1 time with a licensed professional focused on helping you be the best version of yourself. Maybe you recognize that you can’t keep powering through the stress, and that you don’t know how to actually relax. By the time you are reading this, you’re realizing that you need help.

You don’t need to stay stuck, feeling frozen in shame, or lashing out with anger that doesn’t quite belong to the situation in front of you. With me, we can help you feel empowered and in control of your life, happier, and living in a way that makes you proud of your journey.

I find most people can greatly benefit from extended sessions (75-minute sessions), and often prefer them, but if you only have space in your schedule for a 45-minute session, that works too! I also offer therapy intensives (working for 3+ hours at a time, sometimes multiple days in a week) for those interested in making fast-paced progress. At my office, therapy can be tailored for your individual needs.

If you are working with another therapist, but you’d like me to work on something different with you in order to support your overall healing, I’d be more than happy to work with you both. Sometimes this can look like you working with another therapist for your day-to-day stresses, while maybe working with me on trauma. It can also look like your usual therapist being unavailable for a month, and so we work on a short-term specific goal in a therapy intensive, before your usual therapist returns.

*Therapy Intensives can be scheduled fairly quickly in succession, for example, having both an AM and PM 3-hour session on a Sunday (total of 6 hours), and another 3-hour session on a Wednesday afternoon. If you are looking for this service to be provided in your home, I am able to do that, just be sure to ask me about it (there may be an additional charge for further distances).
